Classic Volkswagen Van/Furgoneta, Lovingly Camperized

We are renting our beloved 1992 Volkswagen camper van, a fantastically comfortable tiny home in which we travel the world!

DIESEL, manual, 84,000 km, 3 seats in the front
The bed, which converts to a sofa during the day, can comfortably sleep 3 people (sometimes we even have 4 people sleeping in this bed).

Amenities include:
- a CD player/radio with stereo speakers
- a kitchen with gas stove and pump sink
- a sofa that folds down into a bed
- electricity: second battery, USB and 220V power outlet
- a great deal of storage space, perfect for longer road trips
- a heating system and excellent insulation, for the colder months
- a large window in the back and a window in the roof which opens for ventilation
- folding table and 2 chairs
- kitchen utensils (forks, plates, pots, coffee maker)
- large water container
- mattress, pillow, blanket (you bring your own sheets)
- a plastic tarp that can be used as a canopy or a tent

The ceiling is high, so if you are of average height you may stand up easily inside -- no back problems, as with other camping vans!

Since it is a classic, the van does not drive as fast as newer models, but we have found that at 80-90km/hr we are able to see and enjoy the landscape more, "smell the roses" so to speak :)
Also keep in mind that we do not recommend driving this van more than 300 or 400 km per day, maximum (after a long time it gets tired and overheated).

***note*** we prefer long-term rentals (2 or 3 weeks), and we can arrange a discount if you choose to rent our van for a long duration!
